Welcome to Pre-Kindergarten! My name is Keisha and I'm so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I have worked in childcare since 2021 and joined the Country Dawn family in 2023.
I look forward to meeting you but first let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in Texas but have lived in the Pacific Northwest since I was 10. I have 4 wonderful children who are constantly keeping me on my toes. I love to spend time with family and friends, go camping, reading, and finding new adventures! I have completed the Washington State STARS program and am currently going back to school for my teaching certificate. I am certified in CPR, AED and first aid.
I can't wait for a great year filled with lots of fun memories! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me through ProCare or email me at countrydawnpk1@gmail.com.
Sincerely,
Ms. Keisha

Welcome to the Pre-Kindergarten Program. My name is Monica, and I'm excited to be teaching your children. I have worked in childcare for 12 years, and 5 years with this age group. I enjoy this age group and I'm happy to be working with you and your child.
I am looking forward to meeting each of you, but first let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in Mexico and raised in Lake Stevens. Graduated at the Lake Stevens High School in 2012 and started working at Country Dawn. I completed the Washington STARS Training Program, CDA Certificate and have taken many more childcare classes offered through the Snohomish County Association for Education and Volunteers of America. I am also certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.
I live in Lake Stevens with my boyfriend and three daughters Sophia, Camila and Alanna. I enjoy watching my girls play soccer, going on adventures and spending time with family and friends.
During the next several weeks students will be getting to know each other, their new schedule, classroom and playground. students will also be practicing various skills such as using good manners and working together as a team. students will be learning their shapes and colors in depth, as well as practicing fine motor skills by cutting, gluing and learning to use a pencil properly.
I look forward to a great year and many memories to be created. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to talk with me, email me at Countrydawnmonicaj@gmail.com or message me through ProCare.
Sincerely,
Ms. Monica
